What we collect, and what we don't.

sideqwst is operated by an individual maintainer based in Melbourne, Australia. For privacy questions email sideqwst001@gmail.com.

Your account and saved events are stored in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in Australia). The site itself runs on Vercel. Both are US companies; both process data under standard contractual clauses. No other third parties receive your account data.

Your data stays until you delete it. You can delete your account any time at /me/settings — this removes your profile, saved events, and analytics-identity link within a few seconds. Anonymous analytics rows may persist without any link back to you.

If you submit an event for review, the submission survives even if you delete your account — the submitter link is anonymized, but the content stays in our moderation queue. This is intentional so we can audit approvals and rejections after the fact.

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can (a) ask what data we hold about you, (b) correct it, and (c) ask us to delete it. Email sideqwst001@gmail.com for (a) or (b). For (c), the delete-account button on /me/settings does this yourself in one click.

sideqwst sets one first-party cookie group when you sign in: the Supabase Auth session cookies (sb-*-auth-token etc). These expire when you sign out. We do not use tracking cookies from third parties.

We'll bump the date below when this changes materially. If you have an account, we'll email you before anything that materially changes what data we handle.
